Evans Bay Alteration
This is a complete re-clad and reconfiguration of a 1990’s monolithic-clad house to align with the new owners need for open plan living and unobstructed sea views, while removing the stigma of that type of construction. We took inspiration from the old slip way mechanism across the road, softening the odd angles by introducing curved rainscreens. Non-notified Resource Consent granted, currently under construction.
