We specialise in new residential homes, multi-unit townhouses, and residential alterations and additions.

We follow the stages of Architectural Services as provided by the New Zealand Institute of Architects. This is a simple linear approach starting at the pre-design and concept services and concluding either at receipt of Building Consent, or at the completion of the built product with contract administration services.
