Our Darlington Road development consists of seven townhouses of varying sizes, on an existing single lot in Miramar.

Whitby Development

This development consists of a series of four blocks of townhouses, of varying sizes, on a unique block of land that was intentionally zoned for medium density housing in Aotea, Porirua.

The houses are arranged to have the outdoor space within the centre, giving the impression of a village green. The use of staggered setbacks, variety of cladding types and framed gable roof forms is employed to create variety and complexity.
