As part of this, we provide unbiased guidance on selecting the right engineer and builder for your unique home. Then we coordinate with all specialists involved.

• Pre-Design Services such as site analysis, feasibility studies, planning rules and constraints, title covenants & easements affecting the site;

• Concept Design Services;

• Preliminary Design involving the engagement, co-ordination and integration of separate consultants input;

• Resource Consent Applications;

• Building Consent Applications;

• Detailed Construction Documentation;

• Procurement Services such as Tendering and the letting of a Construction Contract;

• Contract Administration and Observation Services;

• Prefabricated and Modular Home/Building Design;

Our smaller offerings include:

• Floor plan review;

• Bathroom configuration, kitchen design for existing houses*

  *A building consent is often required when tiling, moving plumbing or walls.
