51 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt

This project consists of seven townhouses of varying typology in close proximity to Lower Hutt City centre.

Special effort went into the choice of materials and colours, to create unique spaces and retain the qualities of the standalone house while raising the density to match our contemporary needs.

The result is a group of dwellings that reads like a small village, while remaining individual and diverse.
